I am going to take this moment be honest with all of you. There have been times in my life when I felt completely alone. Sure, I have great family and friends, but sometimes, I just could not express my hardships to them without receiving judgement or even worse, getting told “oh well that’s life, build a bridge and get over it!”. Feeling alone, having questions and no one to turn to.
I started chatting to the guys in the office, just a general chat about feeling supported and having a connection. It turns out that whilst most of us do have significant others, and a great support system, there was just something missing. How great would it be if we could receive unbiased, objective views and opinions? We could be seeking an answer to an outrageous yet relevant question in our lives. This is how#Menday was born!
#Menday is a platform which provides a safe space for Men to explore their masculinity and talk about everyday challenges we face in the world today. Whether you have had a bad day, or need advice on more pressing topics like depression or even just to talk about cars,#Mendayis the space for you. To give and get real answers. Not only will you be part of a community of like-minded men, we also provide resources and insights into lifestyle, health, leadership, sexuality, fatherhood and so much more....No topic is too big or too small.
We stand together! Let be the difference that changes the world.
Cheers for now

True to our belief in co-creation, we opened the floor to YOU, the Tribe, to decide what direction T-Bô’s new products should take.
We were humbled by how many of you took the time to respond (over 60% of you participated!!) and by the encouraging, and SUPER CREATIVE, feedback you shared with us. As co-creators, You more than lived up to that very important role in the future success of T-Bô!
What colour attracts women (or men)
The University of Cambridge conducted a study on chameleons and the changing colour of the male whilst seeking out a partner. The study concluded that the male chameleons where not afraid of using attractive colour to attract a mate even though it might attract predators. Literally putting their lives at risk and “ they were unafraid to die for love “.
How to measure my natural waist?
To measure your natural waist, measure at your belly button. If your waist is larger than your hips use the narrowest part of your torso to measure your waist.
