It will not extend the life of your underwear with proper wash, but they'll keep your underwear looking at their best for longer.

Hand-washing really is the best way to keep your underwear clean. Whilst you can pop them into the washing machine, hand-washing will prolong their life. Using a detergent designed for your delicates diluted in warm water, swirling your underwear around in the water to loosen any dirt. Do not use force when you rub the cloth of your underwear as it may not help clean it up at all. Empty the soapy water and rinse your underwear in a cool water. Squeeze out any excess water but don't twist it to remove all the water and then lie flat on a clean towel to dry.
Remember as well that do not use the hot dryer, fab cons of bleach and drying your underwear in direct sunlight.
We sometimes don't really have time to hand wash our undies so you can use the washing machine to clean your underwear, but a little bit of extra caution should be used. You may want to separate the colored ones from the white underwear like we normally do with our clothes.
Heat can damage the elastic of your underwear. Put your washing machine on a cool setting and use a mild detergent. Avoid the tumble-dryer and air dry your underwear by laying them flat on a clean towel. If you're gonna put them in the dryer, make sure to be at its lowest temperature possible.
A lot of you guys already own their pairs of T-Bô One underwear and as we know that T-Bô One Underwear is made out of Bamboo Modal. The above information is basically for the general types of underwear such as cotton, mesh, and microfibers.
Since Bamboo Modal is made out of natural fibers of bamboo, washing them too harsh can cause lint pills.
So always make sure to wash them separately, machine wash in cold to warm and preferably on the delicates cycle. Please never use BLEACH or FABRIC SOFTENER. This applies to all underwear as well.
